GENEO Capital Entrepreneur strengthens its investment team by welcoming Stéphanie KORDONIAN as Associate Director.
Stéphanie Kordonian has extensive experience in the SME and ETI segment, and joins the investment professionals at GENEO Capital Entrepreneur.
A graduate of ESSEC business school, Stéphanie is a corporate finance professional specializing in SMEs. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in mergers & acquisitions, private equity and real estate, before joining Société Générale, where for the past 15 years she has worked as a local banker in the territorial network, as an expert in structured financing and, more recently, as a private equity fund cover, always at the service of SMEs and SMIs. This has enabled her to develop in-depth knowledge of the French SME/ETI network, business models and the most promising managers.
Stéphanie has also worked with some 30 private equity funds dedicated to small and mid-sized companies in recent years, and has successfully brought investors and companies together. She has also structured and executed complex M&A and financing transactions on a larger scale, and can put her expertise to work for the most ambitious companies.
