GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR collects the following information when you visit its websites:
a. Data collected when you contact the organization
GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR collects your data when you contact the organization by sending a contact form, during a telephone conversation or by handing over your contact details or a business card, at a trade fair for example.
The following data is collected: full name, email and telephone number, subject of request.
Optionally (without asterisk in the contact form), the user can provide the following information: Company name, message, PDF attachment.

GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR offers a community platform* service to users who have registered for it and who therefore have a User Account (hereinafter referred to as "Users"). The Platform can be accessed at the following url address https://community.geneocapitalentrepreneur.com.
(*) A member of the GENEO Community by right is any natural person with whom GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR has an ongoing professional relationship. Without this list being exhaustive: shareholder of GENEO Capital and/or its representatives, subscriber of GENEO Mezzanine and/or its representatives, service provider, manager and employee of companies (and their subsidiaries) of which GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR is a shareholder, employee of GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR.
GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR uses a solution called "Hivebrite" to import and export lists and user data, manage content and events, organize online direct mail campaigns, search for and share opportunities, and manage all types of funds and contributions.
In this regard, GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR collects and processes the personal data of the following users:
- Mandatory data: Last name, first name, e-mail address;
- Optional data: Company name, Company job title, Bio, LinkedIn profile, Website, Business phone number, Geographic expertise, Operational expertise, Sector expertise, Positive impact expertise, Digital & innovation expertise, Human capital expertise, Expectations, Profile picture.
The User is hereby informed that he/she cannot access the Platform without providing the mandatory data strictly necessary for the creation of an account and authentication.
In addition, while using the platform, the user may validly publish, on his/her own initiative, any content that will be retained by the organization:
- Post on the news feed or forum (may contain text, an image, a video, an attached document, an external link, etc.).
- Comment
- Reaction
- Event (group administrators only)
- Investment opportunities (Club Deal members only)
- Document (video, PDF..., group administrators only)
The user is aware that by using the platform, he/she may decide to communicate "sensitive data" within the meaning of the Data Protection Legislation, for example data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, etc., to the platform. By communicating such sensitive data, the user consents to its processing by the platform under the conditions set out in this privacy policy.
c. Automatically collected data - cookies - tracers
When you browse the sites, GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR automatically collects certain information such as :

GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR reminds the user that he/she may oppose the sending of commercial communications (unsubscribe) and stop receiving emails from GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEURby reliably notifying GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEURwho will discontinue such communications as soon as possible after receipt. To this end, you may send an e-mail to the address indicated in article 2, a letter addressed to the address indicated in article 2 of these terms and conditions, or directly follow the unsubscription instructions detailed at the end of each e-mail from GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR.
5.consent

6 Who are the recipients of the data collected?
GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR does not sell the personal data collected to third parties. This data is shared solely for the purposes related to its activities. It is shared as follows:
- Internally, with the departments authorized to carry out these missions;
- With suppliers and subcontractors. GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR has them sign contracts containing clauses ensuring a level of data protection, confidentiality and security in line with regulatory standards and the state of the art.
- With the partners we invite when we organize an event or who invite us to an external event (webinar, speaking engagement, etc.).

7 Are your data transferred outside the European Union?
The User's data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA) by the Data Controller and its trusted service providers. However, depending on the processing, the User's data may also be transferred to a country outside the EEA to our trusted service providers.
In case of data transfer outside the EEA, GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR ensures that data is transferred securely, in compliance with data protection legislation. Where the country to which the data is transferred does not provide protection comparable to that in the EU, the Data Controller uses "appropriate or adapted safeguards".

8 How does GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR ensure data security?
Geneo Capital Entrepreneur declares its intention to adopt the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the availability, integrity and confidentiality of data in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD in order to prevent their falsification, loss, consultation or unauthorized processing.
In the event that a security incident is detected and involves a risk for the owner of the data, this event will be communicated within 72 hours to the competent supervisory authority (the CNIL), together with the corrective and palliative measures implemented and/or to be implemented.
In the case of a high risk for the user and unless an exception is provided for by the RGPD, GENEO CAPITAL ENTREPRENEUR will inform data subjects so that they can limit the consequences by providing:

- Likely consequences;
- Measures taken or planned to prevent a recurrence of the incident or to mitigate its effects.
