About Human & Work Project
Created in 2016 by entrepreneur David Mahé, the Human & Work Project group brings together three HR consulting firms, leading players in their field:
- Stimulus, expert in psychological health at work
- Nexmove, specialist in professional trajectories
- Equilibres, a recognized pioneer in equality at work.
Human & Work Project was born from the idea of bringing together complementary HR expertise to effectively meet the multiple needs of companies, their managers and employees, on human resources at work issues. This original concept has met its market beyond its expectations. With more than 100 employees and 400 client companies, the group has tripled in size in 4 years by attracting the most talented professionals and the most recognized experts. It has successfully established itself in Lyon, Aix-en-Provence and Madrid. It has developed innovative offers in the areas of employee services and work ethics. Backed by successful acquisitions, it quickly established itself as a central player on the French market.
Since 2014, the development of Stimulus first, then the Human & Work Project group, has been supported by the Turenne Capital investor's health team through its Capital Santé 1 fund.
After France, Europe
To pursue this development and build a champion of the human at work, 24 managers of Human & Work Project, led by David Mahé, have chosen to invest 60% of the group's capital and to welcome partners who share their ambition and values: passion for people, respect, innovation and commitment.
GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, which is making its first investment on this occasion, Bpifrance, which has been present since 2016, and NCI are participating in this new adventure.
Together, they will develop a clear roadmap based on three main axes:
Accelerate the development of Stimulus, Nexmove and Equilibria
Increase the group's geographical presence in the main countries
European
Welcome complementary expertise at the heart of the human challenges of the
companies such as social dialogue, CSR, work transformations.
