With this book, Fanny LETIER, wishes to "awaken growth in the fabric of SMEs in France".
France does not have enough SMEs and TWAs for growth. Yet it is they who drive job creation, it is they who shape France's image. Throughout France, "Builders" managers have an entrepreneurial dream, the ambition to put their company on an ambitious and sustainable growth path, the will to build a brand, a
company or group that will span generations. They do not always have the means to achieve their ambitions.
This "growth booklet" is intended for SME and ETI managers driven by a desire for growth. It helps them take the necessary step back to project themselves into the future, identify and prioritize strategic directions and issues for sustainable growth. It invites the manager to take a fresh look at the nine topics covered and provides elements for reflection, levers, advice and concrete tools: experts take the floor, entrepreneurs share, "quick wins" are proposed.
It is also an action-oriented book. Through the Roadmaps that punctuate each chapter, it helps the reader to make decisions, to organize himself for the activation of growth levers and to set up an ecosystem that is stimulating and useful for operational implementation.
