MLab is structuring a new phase of growth with GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, lead investor, and co-investors SOCADIF, CEIDF MEZZANINE, CARVEST and CEBFC PE.
The MLab Group, a benchmark player in multi-site medical biology, is embarking on a new phase of capital structuring and development. The transaction is led by GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, via its GENEO Mezzanine fund, which is providing quasi-equity financing to support capital consolidation and new acquisitions. This reinvestment is made alongside four long-term co-investors: Crédit Agricole funds - SOCADIF and CARVEST - and Caisse d'Épargne funds - CEIDF MEZZANINE and CEBFC PE.

- Strengthening universal access to quality health services ;
- Launch of a circular economy approach, focusing on sustainability, waste reduction and management, with a key monitoring indicator;
- Deployment of a specific decarbonization action plan across the entire value chain.
The bond component of this transaction is indexed to impact criteria.

Founded in 1995 on the initiative of Dr. Michel Lhuillier and developed under the impetus of Dr. Frank Mentz, MLab is one of the last major, totally independent medical biology groups, owned exclusively by practicing biologists.
