GENEO Capital Entrepreneur, together with its co-investors Bpifrance and Rives Croissance, sells its stake in ConvictionsRH to a world leader in human resources consulting.
GENEO Capital Entrepreneur announces the sale of its stake in ConvictionsRH - an independent human resources consulting firm - to one of the world leaders in human resources consulting and professional services. This transaction marks a new stage for ConvictionsRH, which joins a major international player. It also illustrates GENEO Capital Entrepreneur's ability to support management teams in the emergence of French leaders in their sector, thanks to targeted strategic support provided alongside co-investors Bpifrance and Rives Croissance.
Founded in 2007, ConvictionsRH is an HR consulting firm renowned for its expertise in organizational transformation, change management and HR information systems. With offices across France in Paris, Bordeaux, Nantes, Lyon, Marseille and Lille, ConvictionsRH supports public and private sector customers in their HR, digital and managerial transformation projects.
A strategic structuring phase at the heart of GENEO's support
Having acquired a stake in ConvictionsRH in 2020, GENEO Capital Entrepreneur worked with the company's management to structure a tailored strategic support package, formalized in a Carnet de Croissance. In particular, this has enabled us to:
- the acquisition of the Ayming group's HRIS business in early 2025,
- structuring governance and operational organization, particularly in the area of positive impact,
- developing the Group's AI strategy (internal tools and digital offering).
This trajectory has led to the development of offers incorporating sustainability criteria, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a complete carbon footprint, all of which are now fully integrated into the Group's strategy.
Transfer to an international partner
Following a competitive process led by Rothschild & Co, an international player was unanimously selected for its strategic alignment with ConvictionsRH's project, and for its intention to use this merger as a lever to accelerate its own development in HR consulting in France, drawing on ConvictionsRH's sector expertise, territorial coverage and entrepreneurial dynamism.
The founders of ConvictionsRH will continue to run the company within the group, as part of a gradual and concerted integration phase, reinforcing managerial continuity and the durability of the corporate culture.
