GENEO Capital Entrepreneur welcomes Pierre-Olivier Combes as Investment Director to strengthen its support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-sized companies in their growth and succession planning initiatives
GENEO Capital Entrepreneur announces the appointment of Pierre-Olivier Combes as Investment Director. With more than 15 years of experience in corporate investment and financing, he will help develop GENEO’s investment strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and mid-market companies, particularly with regard to their growth, acquisition, succession, and sustainable innovation initiatives.
Pierre-Olivier Combes, 40, a graduate of Audencia, has built his career in the world of private equity and corporate finance. After gaining initial experience at Ardian and then at ALSTOM Grid in Shanghai, he joined Access Capital Partners in 2011, where he spent more than thirteen years working on mezzanine and flex equity financing transactions for European small- and mid-cap funds, as well as in sponsorless deals. He then joined Platina Partners as a Director, focusing specifically on private equity transactions in the small-cap segment.
