GENEO Capital Entrepreneur announces the launch of the SLP GENEO Dirigeants & Entrepreneurs, an alternative feeder investment fund to GENEO, designed to broaden access to Entrepreneur Capital to new profiles of professional or similar investors, starting at 100,000 euros.
This vehicle, structured in the form of a Société de Libre Partenariat (SLP), enables investors not eligible for the master fund (GENEO Capital, accessible from €500,000) to gain exposure to the same portfolio of unlisted, growing SMEs and ETIs, firmly rooted in the regions and committed to a sustainable trajectory.
An evergreen feeder fund to support entrepreneurs over the long term
Invested at 100% in GENEO Capital, the SLP Dirigeants & Entrepreneurs benefits from the evergreen model of its management company: a 99-year lifespan, capital reinvested as disposals are made, and a logic of annual dividends subject to performance conditions.
With this launch, GENEO confirms its ambition to build a positive and useful finance sector, by providing builders with patient, agile capital and structuring support: the Carnet de Croissance, a unique methodological tool that unites experts, business partners and the entrepreneurial community around key transformation challenges.
A larger community, greater impact
By opening up to tickets starting at 100,000 euros, the SLP enables a new generation of investors - managers, families, entrepreneurs, or partners in the local economic fabric - to join the GENEO Community, now made up of more than 260 families, entrepreneurs and institutional investors.
True to its mission, GENEO is pursuing the development of a more ambitious, supportive and sustainable form of entrepreneurial capitalism.

As general partner, GENEO Capital Entrepreneur has appointed Tygrow, approved by the AMF under number GP-20226, as management company of the SLP GENEO Dirigeants et Entrepreneurs. Subscription to these 2 FIAs is reserved for professional and similar investors.
