GENEO Capital Entrepreneur and Bpifrance support Kardham in the acquisition of Seventy Eight S.L.
GENEO Capital Entrepreneur once again supports Kardham, an independent group in the professional real estate sector, in its acquisition of Seventy Eight S.L., a leading Spanish player specializing in Design & Build for the luxury and retail, hotel, restaurant and corporate sectors. This operation enables Kardham to consolidate its presence in Spain, broaden its expertise and consolidate its positioning in high value-added luxury and retail sectors.
Founded in 1992, Kardham is the first independent French group to integrate all the skills of the professional real estate value chain: consulting, architecture, space design, engineering and digital. Already present in Africa and several European countries, the group manages over 2,000 projects a year. The acquisition of Seventy Eight S.L. is a major step in Kardham's European development strategy. It strengthens its foothold in Spain, a key market where the company is already present via Kardham Spain (formerly Gabiteco). After ViaDirect Building in 2020, P.O.T. in 2021, Tevolys, Gabiteco and Bluebird in 2022, this is Kardham's 5th acquisition - the second in Spain and the third outside France - since GENEO Capital Entrepreneur acquired a stake in the company in 2020.
Based in Zaragoza, Seventy Eight S.L. is a leading player in the Design & Build sector. The group boasts a prestigious portfolio of international clients - including Chanel, Versace and Nike - and specializes in high-end projects.
Operational synergies and reinforced ambitions
The acquisition of Seventy Eight S.L. will generate numerous synergies and accelerate the Group's development in :
- Geographic consolidation, particularly in the strategic areas of Madrid and Barcelona, and in other European markets.
- Complementary customer portfolios, particularly in the French luxury and retail segments.
- Operational synergies, enabling economies of scale.
